Legal Document
This Privacy Policy explains how bit939 collects, processes, stores and protects your personal data when you use our platform. Your privacy is a core operational commitment — not an afterthought.
The cards below are a plain-English overview of our key data practices. The full binding text follows in the sections below.
We collect registration details, identity-verification documents, transaction records, device and usage data, and communications you send us — only to the extent necessary to operate the platform and meet regulatory obligations.
Your data is used to operate and secure your account, process transactions, comply with anti-money-laundering obligations, personalise your experience and, with your consent, send promotional communications.
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared with KYC verification providers, payment processors and regulatory authorities where legally required. All third-party processors are contractually bound to data-protection standards.
We apply industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest), role-based access controls and routine security audits to safeguard all personal data held on our systems.
Account data is retained for the duration of your relationship with bit939 and for a minimum of five years thereafter, in line with applicable regulatory requirements. You may request deletion of non-mandatory data at any time.
You have the right to access, correct, restrict, port and (where applicable) erase your personal data. Requests are processed free of charge and within the timeframes set out in Section 9 of this Policy.
bit939 ("we", "us", "our", or the "Operator") is the data controller responsible for your personal data collected through the online gaming platform available at bit939.cam (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains how we collect, use, disclose, store and protect information about you when you access or use the Platform.
This Policy applies to all users of the Platform, including users based in Pakistan and any other jurisdiction in which the Platform is accessible. It should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions and Responsible Gambling Policy.
bit939 is committed to protecting the personal data of all users, including those accessing the Platform from cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar. We process personal data only to the extent necessary for the purposes described in this Policy and in compliance with the data-protection framework applicable in our operating jurisdiction.
For the purposes of this Policy, the following terms have the meanings set out below:
The Data Controller for Personal Data collected through the Platform is bit939, operating the platform at bit939.cam. For all data-related enquiries, including the exercise of User Rights set out in Section 9, you may contact us via the details provided in Section 15 of this Policy.
Where bit939 engages third-party service providers to process Personal Data on its behalf, those providers act as Data Processors under written data-processing agreements that require them to process data only on documented instructions and to implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures.
When you create an account on bit939, we collect: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, telephone number, and chosen username. This information is required to create and administer your account.
To comply with applicable anti-money-laundering and responsible-gambling obligations, we may collect: copies of government-issued photographic identification (national identity card, passport or driving licence), proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement), and — in certain circumstances — documentation evidencing source of funds or wealth.
We collect records of all deposits, withdrawals, wagers placed and bonuses claimed, including associated payment-method reference data (e.g., masked account or wallet identifiers). We do not store full card numbers or full bank-account details on our systems.
When you access the Platform, we automatically collect: IP address, device identifiers, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, session duration, pages visited and feature interactions. This data is collected via server logs and cookies.
Records of communications between you and bit939 — including live-chat transcripts, email correspondence and support-ticket histories — are retained for quality-assurance, compliance and dispute-resolution purposes.
Where you interact with responsible-gambling tools (setting deposit limits, requesting self-exclusion, etc.), we record those interactions as part of your account profile. This data is treated as Sensitive Data and subject to enhanced access controls.

bit939 processes Personal Data on one or more of the following legal bases, as appropriate to each processing activity:
We process your registration and KYC data to create, verify and administer your account, including identity confirmation, age verification and account security. This processing is necessary to fulfil our contractual obligations to you.
Financial data is processed to execute deposits, withdrawals and wager settlements; to detect and prevent fraudulent transactions; and to comply with AML reporting obligations. References to payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are contextual only. These providers are not affiliated with bit939 and their names do not imply endorsement.
Usage and technical data is processed to monitor for suspicious account activity, enforce our Terms & Conditions, detect and prevent bonus abuse, and maintain the integrity of the Platform's betting and gaming systems.
Responsible-gambling data — including limit configurations, self-exclusion requests and reality-check logs — is processed to fulfil our duty of care obligations to users and to comply with applicable responsible-gambling requirements.
Where you have provided explicit consent, we may process your contact details to send promotional offers, product updates and platform news by email or in-platform notification. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting our support team or using the unsubscribe mechanism in any marketing email.
Aggregated and anonymised usage data may be processed to analyse platform performance, identify areas for improvement and inform product-development decisions. No individually identifiable data is used for this purpose without appropriate safeguards.
We share KYC documentation with regulated third-party identity-verification services to confirm the authenticity of documents and verify that users meet our age and eligibility requirements. These providers process data only on our instructions and under binding data-processing agreements.
Transaction data is shared with payment processors to execute deposit and withdrawal instructions. The extent of data shared is limited to what is technically necessary to complete the transaction. bit939 does not retain full payment card numbers or full bank credentials on its own systems.
We may disclose Personal Data to competent regulatory, judicial or law-enforcement authorities where we are legally obliged to do so, or where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to prevent or investigate criminal activity, including money laundering, fraud or suspected terrorist financing.
In limited circumstances, and where legally required by our operating licence conditions, we may share anonymised or aggregated data with responsible-gambling research bodies or share specific records with self-exclusion registries.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of assets involving bit939, Personal Data may be transferred to the relevant successor entity. Users will be notified of any such transfer that materially affects their rights under this Policy.
Due to the global nature of internet infrastructure and our use of cloud-based service providers, your Personal Data may be transferred to, stored in or processed in countries other than your country of residence. Where such transfers occur, bit939 takes reasonable steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place — including standard contractual clauses or equivalent transfer mechanisms — to protect your data to a standard consistent with applicable data-protection requirements.
Users in Pakistan should be aware that data may be processed in jurisdictions outside Pakistan. bit939 does not warrant that any specific data-protection laws in those jurisdictions are equivalent to any particular standard, but commits to maintaining the security and confidentiality of Personal Data regardless of processing location.
Subject to applicable law and where technically feasible, you have the following rights in relation to your Personal Data held by bit939. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us via the details in Section 15. We will respond to verified requests within thirty (30) days.
You may request a copy of the Personal Data we hold about you, together with information about how that data is being processed.
If any Personal Data we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request correction. You may update certain account details directly through your account settings.
You may request deletion of your Personal Data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, where you withdraw consent (where consent was the sole legal basis), or where processing is unlawful. This right does not apply where retention is required by law — for example, AML record-keeping obligations.
You may request that we restrict the processing of your Personal Data — for example, while the accuracy of the data is being contested, or where processing is unlawful but you prefer restriction over erasure.
Where processing is based on your consent or a contract, and is carried out by automated means, you may request a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
You may object to the processing of your Personal Data for direct marketing purposes at any time, with immediate effect. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests, though bit939 may override such an objection where there are compelling legitimate grounds.
bit939 uses cookies and similar technologies (including local storage and session tokens) for the following purposes: maintaining your authenticated session, remembering your platform preferences, detecting and preventing fraudulent login attempts, and collecting aggregated analytics data to improve platform performance.
You may control the use of non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Platform. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled through the browser without impacting your ability to use the Platform.
bit939 retains Personal Data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying applicable legal, regulatory, accounting or reporting requirements.
As a general rule, account data and transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with applicable AML and financial record-keeping obligations. KYC documentation may be retained for longer where required by our operating licence conditions or a lawful regulatory request.
Responsible-gambling records — including self-exclusion history and limit configurations — are retained for the duration of the account and for a minimum of five years following closure, to prevent circumvention of self-exclusion undertakings.
Where retention is no longer required, data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with our internal data-disposal procedures.
bit939 implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect Personal Data against accidental loss, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Measures in place include:
Notwithstanding the above, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Platform is strictly for use by adults aged 18 and above — or the higher minimum age required by the operator/license jurisdiction. bit939 does not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the applicable minimum age. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with Personal Data, we will take immediate steps to close the account and delete the associated data.
Where there is reasonable doubt about a user's age, bit939 will suspend the relevant account pending completion of enhanced age-verification checks.
bit939 reserves the right to update or revise this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the revised Policy takes effect — except where immediate changes are required for security or legal reasons.
The "Last updated" date at the top of this Policy will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Policy constitutes your acknowledgement of the changes. If you do not accept the revised Policy, you should cease use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
If you have any questions, concerns or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or the processing of your Personal Data, please contact our Data Protection team. We aim to acknowledge all requests within five (5) business days and to resolve them within thirty (30) calendar days.
Support Email: [email protected]
Live Chat: Available 24 hours / 7 days via the Platform's support widget.
When submitting a data-subject rights request, please include your registered email address and a description of your request. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.
