These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the bit939 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.
The cards below are a non-binding plain-English summary of key policy areas. The full legal text in the sections that follow is the binding version.
You must be at least 18 years old — or the higher minimum age required by the operator/license jurisdiction — and located in a region where online gambling is not prohibited. Users in Pakistan must independently verify applicable local law.
One account per person. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bit939 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts found to be in breach of these Terms.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements published in the specific promotion terms. Winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering condition is satisfied in full.
Funds must be deposited from payment methods registered in your own name. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Processing times vary by method.
Collusion, bonus abuse, use of automated betting software and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited. bit939 employs real-time monitoring to detect and act on such activity.

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and bit939 (the "Operator", "we", "us" or "our"), governing your registration, access and use of the online gaming platform available at bit939.cam (the "Platform").
bit939 operates an online gaming platform offering sports betting, live-dealer casino, slots, table games, esports wagering and instant games. The Platform is intended for use by individuals who meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional material, these Terms shall prevail.
Jurisdiction Notice for Pakistani Users: Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and related legislation create a complex legal environment for online gambling. bit939 does not claim authorisation from the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority. Users located in Pakistan are solely responsible for determining whether their participation in online gaming is lawful in their province or jurisdiction. In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise:
Access to the Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. By registering an Account, you confirm and warrant that you meet this age requirement. bit939 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or close any Account that cannot satisfy this requirement.
You may not register or use an Account if you are located in, or are a resident or citizen of, a Prohibited Territory. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your jurisdiction permits online gambling before registering. bit939 does not warrant that the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance held therein.
Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling platforms, or who have been identified as vulnerable persons under the Platform's responsible-gambling framework, are not eligible to register or maintain an Account. Where such persons are identified, their Accounts will be closed and Real Money Balance returned subject to verification.
When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your Account. You must not share login credentials with any third party. bit939 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
bit939 is required to verify the identity of its users. You may be asked to provide government-issued photographic identification, proof of address and, in certain circumstances, proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality and, ultimately, Account closure.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests will be processed subject to the settlement of any pending transactions. Any Real Money Balance remaining at closure will be returned to your nominated withdrawal method following completion of applicable KYC checks.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, bit939 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Permitted use includes placing wagers on available markets, operating account-management functions and engaging with customer support.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your device, browser and internet connection meet the minimum technical requirements necessary to operate the Platform. bit939 accepts no liability for losses arising from technical failures on the user's side, including but not limited to dropped connections during live-betting events.
bit939 endeavours to maintain Platform availability on a 24/7 basis but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, security updates or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. bit939 accepts no liability for losses resulting from Platform downtime.
All Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party funding of Accounts is strictly prohibited. bit939 reserves the right to reverse any Deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the Account holder.
Minimum and maximum Deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in your Account's cashier section at the time of transaction. bit939 reserves the right to amend these limits without prior notice.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once your Account has completed the applicable KYC verification process. Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding Deposit wherever technically possible. Processing times vary by method and are subject to our standard verification procedures.
Account Balances, transaction amounts and any displayed figures are denominated in the currency selected at registration. Where Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) are selected, all displayed amounts will reflect PKR values. Currency conversion, where applicable, is subject to the exchange rate applied by the relevant payment processor.
Accounts that remain inactive (no login, Deposit or Withdrawal activity) for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity administration fee in accordance with applicable platform policies. Details of applicable fees will be communicated to the registered email address prior to their application.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available through the Platform are subject to specific terms including, but not limited to, minimum Deposit thresholds, Wagering Requirements, eligible game categories, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms.
Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. The Wagering Requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the Deposit amount) must be wagered across qualifying games before a withdrawal request will be accepted. Not all game types contribute equally to Wagering Requirements; specific contribution percentages are detailed in each promotion's terms.
bit939 operates active monitoring systems to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploitation of low-margin games to fulfil Wagering Requirements, coordinated play across multiple Accounts and use of automated software. Where abuse is identified, bit939 reserves the right to void bonus credits, forfeit associated winnings and close the Account.
bit939 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a User has already claimed it, the specific terms applicable at the time of claiming shall continue to govern that claim.
All bets are accepted subject to available market liquidity and our risk-management policies. bit939 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its discretion without providing a reason. The acceptance of a bet is confirmed only when you receive an explicit confirmation reference from the Platform.
In the event of a manifest error in odds, game outcomes or system operation (including but not limited to incorrect odds displayed due to a data-feed failure), bit939 reserves the right to void affected bets and return Stakes. This right applies regardless of whether the error was detected before or after settlement.
Live (in-play) betting markets carry an inherent risk of connectivity-related delays. In-play odds may change or markets may be suspended between the moment you submit a bet and the moment it is confirmed. If the odds have changed materially at the point of acceptance, the Platform may offer the revised odds for your acceptance or void the bet.
Sporting event results are settled using data provided by recognised data suppliers. In the event of a discrepancy between the visual broadcast and the official data feed, the official data feed shall govern settlement. Queries regarding specific settlements must be raised within seventy-two (72) hours of the settlement time.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and referral to relevant law-enforcement authorities where appropriate.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of bit939 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the Platform is the exclusive property of bit939.
You are granted a limited, revocable licence to view and print material from the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Platform, use of the Platform or access to the Platform without the express written permission of bit939.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bit939 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Platform, the accuracy of information displayed, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bit939 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including, without limitation, lost profits, lost data or loss of goodwill — arising from or related to your use of the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory, and whether or not bit939 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless bit939 and its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgements, awards, losses, costs, expenses and fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bit939 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
Nothing in this section is intended to restrict any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under the laws applicable in your country of residence. However, Users in Pakistan are reminded that online gambling may be subject to restriction or prohibition under Pakistani law, and that bit939 does not claim any authorisation under Pakistani law.
bit939 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or for security reasons.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.4.
